So, we are happy to announce that we have introduced Cell Line Authentication and GPS Origin DNA test in our center as well. The usage of Cell Line Authentication has increased as the cell lines are used in various ways i.e. biomedical research and clinical applications encompassing of cancer research, drug discovery, genetics and bio-banking.  Cell-Line Authentication is attained through genetic profiling using polymorphic short tandem repeat (STR). These help in identifying and finding any contaminated human cells. The American Tissue Culture Collection (ATCC) has prescribed certain standards for STR analysis for human cell line authentication.
